In-Store Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase date for return, an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.
Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale", items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer, bodysuits, tights, swimwear, earrings, fashion face covers, hats, fashion or styling body tape, and gift certificates are not returnable. Returns for online orders meeting the same criteria may be returned in-store for store credit or exchange. To receive a refund to your original form of payment for an online order, your items will need to be shipped back to Prime Top.
Brands Serenity Bliss, Reset Essentials, Shade Cosmetics, Hats Off, and Janay's Beauty are non-refundable.
